Derek was on site daily assuring the design details were all manifest in the final product. Tommy’s designer, Eve, is amazing and helpful beyond description.

- Our final overruns were only 1.5% of the house cost, and Tommy had predicted before we signed where we would go over and by how much.
- The design and build experience was exceptional from beginning to end. From the excitement of first seeing the blueprints and standing in show rooms, to seeing the granite we selected actually installed, the process did not tarnish the final product.
